Default I want to correct a #div/0! error but the IF function doesnt work

When i follow the conditional formatting instructions it doesnt remove the
#div/0! message that appears in the cells.

Possibly this is because the worksheet has already been created so I am not
entering this formula for each cell ... is there any quick way to do this to
the whole worksheet?
