Insert a new worksheet after subtotal
Excel 2003
* Importing data from Access to Excel I have several rows of data relating to geographic regions. The data has subtotals for each of the regions. Is there a way to get Excel to 'break' to a new worksheet after each subtotal? For example, once the North data is subtotaled - I want the South data to begin on the next worksheet (and so on). Thanks in advance |
You cannot do this using the subtotal functionality (Except a page break for
printing) You could use a pivot table instead and set up each geographic region as a page field and then use 'Show Pages' This sets up a new pivot table on a new worksheet for each region -- HTH Nick Hodge Microsoft MVP - Excel Southampton, England HIS "KReese" wrote in message ...
