find-replace box should not float but be fixed line on tool bar
 

find-replace function should be fixable as one line on tool bar rather than
floating around blocking spreadsheet.

At minimum, find-replace box should be sizable.

Default should be in "find" line as it used to be. Putting default in
"replace" is counterintuitive and causes errors.
