Condensing lists
I am trying to find a way to take a list containing blank cells, and condense
it to the point where there are none (a 50 cell list with 20 blanks would be shortened to a 30 cell list). If anyone knows how to do this, I'd like to hear how. |
Are they REALLY blanks? If so, select the column or range of cells, hit
Edit--Go to--Special, choose Blanks, OK. Then Edit--Delete, and choose whether to shift cells up or delete entire rows. ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com www.MyExpertsOnline.com "skywalker949494" wrote in message ...
