keep first row fixed
Hi, sorry might be the wrong place to ask question. I have a very large excel spreadsheet that scrolls down. date name etc 1/1/05 John 2/1/-5 andrew I would like the headings (a1, b1...)of the columns to remain static so when I scroll several pages down I know what the names of the rows are. Is there a way around this andrewm -- andrewm ------------------------------------------------------------------------ andrewm's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=23130 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=384822 |

Click on Row 1 so that whole row 1 is highlighted. Then goto the menu and select WindowsFreeze Pane. Do the same to Unfreeze.
