How to link worksheets so editing one will edit others automatica

I need to link worksheets within a workbook so that a line inserted in sheet
one automatically gets inserted in all the other sheets. This facility was
available in Lotus but I havent yet found how to do it in excel. Any help
greatly appreciated. (Excell 2000 version)

Just hold down the shift key while you select the sheet tabs that you
want to include (the selected sheet tabs will change colour) then do
your changes .

when you have finished, key a non selected tab to stop the grouping.

There are several other ways of doing this, via VBA etc but you'll need
to play around with it first to suit your methods
