Now I understand! Unfortunately, I do not believe that it is possible to have a cell contain both. If your concern is that a worksheet is limited to 256 columns, consider transposing your design, so that your column data is entered in rows, and vice versa. --- Regards, Norman "MWH" wrote in message ...
