How do I add one number to all cells in excel?
I create a price list with numbers in almost every column and every row of a
worksheet. Some customers have rebates that I need to add .02 or .03 cents to. Is there a way to add these rebate numbers to all the individual values in each cell of excel? |
Put .02 in a cell and copy that cell
Then select all the cells you want to add it to, goto EditPastespecial, and click the Add button in the Operations section. Finally, clear the .02 cell and repeat for .03. -- HTH RP (remove nothere from the email address if mailing direct) "Ben" wrote in message ...
