Default How do I maintain format of worksheets when combining several?

I've combined several worksheets under one file name and would like to keep
the size, format of each one, i.e., size of columns. What happened was the
widest columns applied to all worksheets. Please advise on how I can
keep/maintain the size of columns of each worksheet.

Thank you.
