Conditional Formating

I have data in 1 cell like this:

700I200506200930504648=FIX.4.2\!9=0316\!35=8\!115= PSE\!34=255\!49=OLA\!56=BOX\!52=20050620-13:30:50\!370=20050620-13:30:49\!6=0.0\!11=799927\!14=0.0\!17=11192742198 66\!20=0\!150=8\!21=2

Is it possible to use the conditional formating to highlight specific parts
of the data string - for example "!150=8".

Thank you in advance.

No
Do you just want to know if it in the cell, there are several ways to do
that such as <edit<find
The best way to identify it depends on what you want to do with the
information
