Result in Cell is Wrong
 

I have three cells that are to be added together: (Cell 1)
5,250+4,500+139.35 (Ans. 9,889.35), (Cell 2) 720,147.91 X 0.35% (Ans.
2,520.52), and (Cell 3) 1,200. The total comes out as 13,609.86 when it
should be 13,609.87. Why? Thanks in advance for your help!!

I think it is a rounding problem

If you need it to be .87. You need to round the numbers before you add
themn to gether
is the cell with 139.35 actually 139.350000 or is it rounded up to .35
