Sharing of one single Excel file/workbook

Hi. I'm not all the new to Excel. However, I have a problem.

3 users in my team are sharing the same sheet in the same MS-Excel file. My
problem is this - when 2 users are working on the same cell/row, and when one
of them saves first, the second user loses his/her data saved in that
cell/row completely !! Ideally, I would have thought the system would take
the second person's data on to the next available free cell (in this case,
the next free row).

PLEASE HELP ?!

The conditions that I have set for this sharing is that, under 'Conflicting
changes between users', I have checked 'The changes being saved win'. Even
otherwise, it doesn't help.

Jk,
Don't know it this would help, but you might try the "Recording Changes
Made to Worksheet " thread started by Paige
