There is many ways to do this. You should be able to drag the left edge of
the D column header. You can also select everything and choose Format
Columns Unhide.

I like:
Edit|Goto (or ctrl-g or F5)
type in the address:
A:C
(or B1 or b1:c1, depending on what you want)

Then format|column|Unhide
