will generate 2 digit whole numbers

You can use the =RANDBETWEEN(bottom,top)

Note: RANDBETWEEN requires the Analysis ToolPak add-in be loaded.

See also JE McGimpsey's site for limitations on the RANDBETWEEN function and
workarounds to ensure you get 100 non-duplicated numbers.
