automatic input of cell values
I have a spreadsheet in which the value of Column A has a corresponding value
in Column B for each row. This spreadsheet serves as the relational data for a second spreadsheet of records. This is what I need to happen in the second spreadsheet: If I enter in the Column A value in a particular cell, its corresponding Column B value from the first spreadsheet should automatically populate itself into another cell within the same record. I assume this would require some sort of macro? Thx -- csc |
Check the Vlookup function in help.
You may not need a macro. "csc" wrote: I have a spreadsheet in which the value of Column A has a corresponding value in Column B for each row.
