Question when Copying an Existing Worksheet

If user copies one worksheet by selecting all the cells, copy, insert new
worksheet, then paste, user has no message pop out. When user right click on
one worksheet from worksheet name area, and select the function "Move or
Copy" to the last, then check the checkbox "Create a New Copy", the following
message will show many times with different names:

A formular or sheet you want to move or copy contains the name 'as', which
already exists on he destination worksheet. Do you want to use this version
of the name?
..To user the name as defined in the destination sheet, click Yes.
..To rename the range referred to in the formular or worksheet, click No, and
enter a new name in the Name Conflict dialog box.

1. Why does this message show only when user trying to user Move or Copy
function?
2. How can I find out where that name exists, in which worksheet?
3. Can I change any option to let this message not show any more?

Thank you for any help.
