list comparison
 

I have to compare 2 lists one with 120 entries and the other with 118
entries. I tried to use cpearson functions on cpearson but i cant seem to
make it work.

I want a function that will show me the differences between the lists (in 2
columns) that contains strings/text (first name for ex)
