the best prediction formula?URgent!
 

I've been using Forecast function to calculate predicted value , which
is for the sales of the given month(in one year).. basically, the chart
drawn according to the resulting value remained upward(the slope)..
does not matter even the real value of the sales actually going down..
is there any other funtion/formula to calculate sales in monthly basis
so that the chart will look more accurate? i only use line chart here..
