Excel should let me imbed documents and programs within its-self
 

I create HOW TO documents and WHERE TO documents and it would be very nice if
I could insert a document and/or a program (something.exe) into the
spreadsheet so one only has to open excel or even WORD and click on the link
and open the file. All imbedded in the *.xls file
