Pivot Table Help -filter with creation date

I needed help with a Pivot table. In the attached excel sheet

i am
trying to use the Creatiion date (coloum X)as one of the filters in
the pivot table. Could someone please guide me as to how i can filter
with the Creation date as one of the pivot tables.
