Default Help crating a formula with various arguments

Hi!!

Giving for example a volume of $2,600,000(this change), depending on that I
should apply a percent 0% to 22%. That volume I have to compare to scale that
say from $0 to 1,000,000, etc and so on with 17 different argument. I tried
the IF formula, but allow me 7 argument, and not all of them. Please can you
