Default Recorded Macro Problems

i have a form that is used to take bookings and a macro enabled so that when you hit the shortcut, it saves it to another worksheet, my problem is that when the selected amount of bookings is full i need to cut it to another workbook to save all booking history. i made a macro for it to transfer the current bookings to the bookings history, but the current bookings are not always the same amount of bookings, so it cuts the size i made the macro cut. my question is, how do i get round this so it cuts just the current bookings regardless of how many there are. i should also mention it is Excel 2007.
cheers, Graeme.
