Help with excel worksheet functions
Hi
I have created a client spreadsheet and I want to know if I can double-click on a cell to bring up certain information? As I have lots of different departments and client contacts, putting everyones direct numnbers/email addresses would be too large, and too many fields on the spreadsheet. E.g. click on a client name to bring up contact details such as an email address or telephone number? If so, how do I do this? Semi-novice with excel. At the moment I have just created comments under the names, so when I hover over the field it brings up a little box. But would wondered if there was any other alternative methods? Thanks Lisalou24 |

The first worksheet has all your contact details while the second worksheet pulls the data from the first. |
