Convert Week number to Month
 

I have a worksheet with year and week number and want to use a funtion to
convert these two values into the descriptive month. Some weeks cross
months, but that's okay, I just need one value returned per record. It could
be the month that the first day of each week falls in. I'm using Excel 2003.
