Default time format

Can some one please tell me how to format time exported from Avaya IQ.
example time exported 00:01:23
I need to format to only read 1:23 in excel 2007.

It does not work. That only works if you manually type in the 00:01:23
in excel but when I copy and paste an export from IQ it just sees it
as a plain number 00:01:23 and will not changed it to m:ss any more
suggestions?

Default time format

It must been seen as Text. Copy any empty cell, select you text times and
paste special - values - add - OK.
