Numbering every second row
When i type 1 in the first cell and drag it down it creates a nice numbered
list. Is there a way to number only every second row? Thanks, Grant |

Select the cell with 1 *and* the cell below it. Now fill down.

Try this ..
Put in A1: 1, in A3: 2 Select A1:A4, fill down asdesired (note that the selected range includes a 2nd blank cell, A4) -- Rgds Max xl 97 --- GMT+8, 1° 22' N 103° 45' E xdemechanik <atyahoo<dotcom ---- "Grant" wrote in message ...
