Date Format
I have the following formula in cell A9:
="NDTMTASME001Q-"&BC69&"-"&AG13 which returns: NDTMTASME001Q-40273-1626, however, the 40273 is not correct. I would like it to be 040510. I have a date in cell N18 formatted as mm/dd/yyyy (04/05/2010), then I have cell BC69 set to equal N18, but in the mmddyy (040510)format. How would I set the BC69 in the formula to read the BC69 cell exactly as it is formatted? Thanks... |

replace &BC69& with
&TEXT(BC69,"mmddyy")& This forces the formula to use the number in the format you desire. -- If this helps, please remember to click yes.
