Collecting data from Excel form
 

I am working in Excel 2003 and would like to know if there is a way to
create a form for data fill-in so that the data would then be collected in a
database elsewhere.

By "elsewhere", I mean another spreadsheet in the same workbook. The data
filled in certain cells from sheet1 would be gathered and placed in a
database in sheet2.
