if less than 3.5 i need "low"
if between 3.6 and 4.5 i need "medium"
if higher than 4.6 i need "high"

A1 3.5 B1 4.5 result in C1
and
if less than 2 i need "very low"
if between 2.01 and 3.5 "low"
if between 3.6 and 4.5 "medium"
if between 4.6 and 5 "high"
if higher than 5.o1 "very high"
