What function need to be used
 

I am preparing a mark sheet in which i have columns for year, month and
subjects. In rows I am inserting names of students for year and month. Now I
am preparing a list in which I am only listing students name in one column
and subjects in other columns. I am preparing data list for selecting year
and month. whenever I select month and year, in my mark list area, the marks
of corresponding year and month should be displaced. what are the functions i
need to use. I have excel sheet for the same. If anyone want to solve my
problem pls mail me . I will send the sample sheet to get
clear idea.
