Extract portions of text
 

Hi,
I have a list of names comprised like this:
Cook, Mr. M.S.
Marty, Miss M.S.R.
Constant, Mrs. R.G.L.
We only have Mr., Miss and Mrs.

I need to extract these into last name, title and initials:
Col1 Col2 Col3
Cook Mr. M.S.
