Hyperlink not working
 

Hi

I am trying to create an hyperlink.It is getting created.When i am
trying to click on the link a message is coming on screen:

The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer.Please contact your system administrator.

It's home computer.

This is not an Excel issue.
