Heres what i basically need help with :p

Hi

You need absolute references in your formula:

=VLOOKUP(Sheet2!C9,Sheet3!$A$4:$B$6,2)

Default Copying & dragging vlookup cells?

Whenever you are referring the Lookup Range partially in Vlookup then dont
forget to protect the Lookup Range with $ (dollar) symbols instead of
allowing the formula to move on to some other range.

Create your formula like the below:-
=VLOOKUP(Sheet2!C9,Sheet3!$A$4:$B$6,2,0)

Remember to Click Yes, if this post helps!
