I have this function

=IF(AND(F2=$D2,F2<=$E2),"PASS","FAILED")


is it possible to show results, PASS in blue and FAILED in red colour?

forgot to mention that I am running OL2003
I am entering data in D2, E2, and F2 and results are in G2
I suppose I can use conditional formatting ........................
