Default Format Time

I am working excel 2007 and I have a workbook which consists of 33 sheets. The
names of the first and last sheets are SAMPLE and SUMMARY respectively and in
between 01 to 31.
All I need is to arrange the time in the format of for example 04:31 from
cell A7 to A68 in sheets from 01 to 31. Is there a solution for this.

Thanks in advance.

Default Format Time

Hi,

Select A7:A68 on any one sheet and then Group all sheets from 01 to 31. Now
change the format as desired and the formatting on all grouped sheets should
change
