Default Tab Key

I have created a worksheet with locked and unlocked cells. When I protect
the sheet, the cursor will tab nicely through the unlocked cells until I get
to a certain point then it just continues to tab between two of the unlocked
cells without moving on to the rest of the unlocked cells in the worksheet.

What is wrong?

Default Tab Key

I would say you have run up against merged cells.

Un-merge.
