The starting value is 1000. If it is up 5% it would equal 1050. If I still
want to keep my starting value in B4 what equation would I use to find the
value in B5? If the value in B5 is down -5% it will equal 1000.

1 5.00% 1,157.63
2 5.00% 1,102.50 =(1+A2)*B3
3 5.00% 1,050.00 =(1+A3)*B4
4 -5.00% 1,000.00 starting value
5 -5.00% 1,052.63 =????
