auto sum
I added a row under the coloumn I want to add. I used the auto sum key, and
all it does is show the formula, not the actual totals. What am I doing wrong? |
auto sum
Format the cell/row to General then F2 and Enter to re-enter the formula.

Hi,
You may have pressed Ctrl+~ by mistake (which is the short cut key to show formulas). Press that again to show the result -- Regards, Ashish Mathur Microsoft Excel MVP www.ashishmathur.com "Pat" wrote in message ... I added a row under the coloumn I want to add.
