How to hide the raws permentanly of the Excel sheet 2003, even when the
filter is active? If the filter is active, the hidden raws again unhide when we select "All" option in the Auto Filter. |

You can set the row height to 1 (0 won't work). Not really hidden, but

I haven't tried this but you could hide the rows and then protect the workbook structure. Protect working book structure function does not block the hidden raws from showing when we select "All" in Auto filter function.
