Problems with ngs

There's seems to be a problem with the ngs (surprise!). It looks like no
posts are making it through to the MS web interface which explains why we
are seeing all these duplicate posts in newsreaders.

The last post on the MS web interface for this group is titled "Using
Verifiers".

All of the bottled ng richness are flowing freely again
