Think your mistake in posting in all caps is putting off potential responders
getting back to you. I had to hunt for/put on my PROPER lens to read it, darn. Never use all caps in your postings. Ok, think you face these kind of errors because you/another user have either cut/move or deleted rows/cols or sheets previously. These actions will invariably destroy/mess up formulas pointing to those cells/ranges involved. The easy solution? Don't do it. If you can't control mutilation of your sheets/books by other users, INDIRECT may allow you some respite if the links/points are between sheets within the same book or between source/destination books which are simultaneously open (it doesn't work if the source books are closed).
