MACRO - I think.
I have a spreadsheet with 3 columns - A, B, C. Column "A" is randomly
populated with data. I.e., a1, a6, a36, a135 may have data but the other cells in column "A" are blank. I want to create a Macro (I think) so that I can print ONLY the rows that contain information in column "A". In other words some way to simply select a process, a macro, that I could simply click and the result would be a print of columns A, B, and C but only for the rows that contain information in the "A" column. If there is a way other than a macro, I am certainly open for that. -- Thanks, DICK |
MACRO - I think.
Hi Dick,
Try auto Filtering. (Procedure in XL 2003) Select the entire column (A in this case) Select Data from the main menu Select AutFilter On the spreadsheet in cloumn A you should see a down pointing arrow in A1 and press it. Select (Non Blanks) This should give you what you are looking for. Please press Yes if this helped. John "Dick" wrote: I have a spreadsheet with 3 columns - A, B, C.
