Why does the word REG change to Rag when typed into a cell?
When typing the word REG (my name) in caps anywhere in an Excel worksheet, it
automatically switches to the word Rag. This also happens when I open a new worksheet. |

This is simply a spelling correction. Excel thinks it is fixing a spelling
error. You can fix this behaviour by: Tools Options...
