Local Apparent Time (LAT) - real / actual solar time ?
 
Hi,
does anyone know how to calculate the LAT time ?
ie. i got a location in singapore
Longitude : East 103 deg 50 min 57sec
Latitude : North 01 deg 17 min 59 sec
e (Equation of Time) + LMT (Local Mean Time) = LAT (Local Apparent Time)
i got this formula from internet ..

.... and 360 degrees of longitude are equivalent to 24 hours.
