Solver Priority
 

I have a total of montly requirements for a year that I need to distribute
into 5 different subcategories by month. I can not exceed my monthly
capacity nor the maximum order for each subcategory. I want to fill one
subcategory before moving to the next. I can get a valid anwer using solver
but I can not get it to fill the first subcategory before the second and so
on. Solver starts filling the third bucket first. Is there a way I can
prioritize or sequence this such that the first category get filled before
moving to the second?
