how to enter numbers like 8:0 or 2:8 in a cell
Hi Team,
I am not able to find the format option to enter numbers like 8:0 , 8:2 in a particular cell. I am able to get the view using the time format option for a cell, but how do i enter this ratio format?? Please advice |

No, it will not be there, you need to create it yourself. Underneath the word Type, is a small rectangular white pane which will have the word General as default. Click in that pane and type #":"# then OK That will create a new Custom type for you, which will then appear in the list of Custom types. -- Regards Roger Govier "Raju" wrote in message ...
