Default Hide #Value!

=IF(H38=0,"",(($C59+C60)/$H38))

I've read the techniques for hiding the #Value! when empty but need help. I
tried doing it with ideas in the forum but it's not working the way I do it.
Please help.

Ciao
Darrell
