Pivot Tables
I am working in Excel 2003 SP3. I have set up a pivot table and I have no
problem getting averages and counts. What I would really like to do in order to avoid a lot of manual labor is to get medians and/or percentiles. Is there a way to customize calculations in this version? If so, how? Thanks in advance. |
Pivot Tables
You can use different percentiles by right-clicking on yoru desired data set,
selecting "field settings", then clicking Options and selecting the field that you'll be using to base your percentage. you can also perform calculations outside the pivot table using GETPIVOTDATA or by referencing the cells you are attempting to calculate.
