LOOKUP PROBLEM
 

I want to find pay rate for a cell on worksheet 1 which contains variable
data to select rate from worksheet 2.

Worksheet 1 info:
Actual Rank Code IPC Pay Rate
10 10
4 4
3 4
2 4
2 3
10 1

Worksheet two info

Actual Rank Code
IPC 0 1
1 219.18 223.04
2 162.08 168.28
3 136.6 142.04
4 129.6 133.44

How do I do this?

if you send me an example of your spreadhseet to , i
will take a look for you, as i am having trouble undersatnding what is the
payrate data.

Make sure you advise what cell the returned answer is to goi nto, and what
column from sheet to is to be related to sheet 1
