Cell matching and further cell replacing
 

I'm trying to find a formula that can match account numbers from 2 different pages (cells, as I have merged the pages) and take the data beside one account number and add it to the relevant cells beside it's matching account number. I basically have have a dirty data list and a clean one and I'm trying to add the info from the clean list to the cells in the dirty one. Any help would be greatly appreciated
